1. Services

REDI Apartment Furniture Packages provides turnkey furniture package services including supply, delivery, assembly, installation, and styling of furniture for residential properties. Services are subject to availability and coverage area.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Final pricing is confirmed in your quote document and may vary from website indicative pricing based on specific property requirements.

3. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Late payment may result in delayed delivery.

4. Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to stock availability or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible. The property must be accessible and clear of existing furniture unless otherwise arranged.

5. Property Access

You are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the property on the agreed delivery date. Additional charges may apply for difficult access situations not disclosed at the time of quotation.

6. Warranty

All furniture is covered by manufacturer warranties as specified at the time of purchase. Installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from delivery. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.

7. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 7 days before scheduled delivery will receive a full refund minus a $200 administration fee. Cancellations within 7 days of delivery may forfeit the deposit. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable once ordered.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including lost rental income. We recommend appropriate insurance coverage for furnished properties.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
